EVRDECK, INC. · POLICIES

Privacy Policy

Effective October 5, 2026 · Last updated October 5, 2026

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

EVRDeck is a brand of EVRDeck, Inc. This Privacy Policy covers our website, demo requests, business communications, billing relationships, and subscription services. Contact us at admin@evrdeck.com, 323-421-7199, or 4100 W Alameda Avenue, Suite 361, Burbank, CA 91505.

We distinguish information we use to manage our own business relationships from customer records that a registration office uploads or directs us to handle. For office-controlled records, the office determines the purposes of processing and is responsible for its notices, permissions, and lawful instructions. We handle those records to provide the contracted service. If you are a client of a registration office, contact that office first about its records; we can help route a request.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide: name, office name, city, work email, phone number, number of locations, operational priority, message content, and contact and optional text-consent choices. Business relationships may also involve account credentials, authorized users, subscription details, support correspondence, invoices, and payment status.

Office-provided information, where the subscribed features support it: customer names and contact details; vehicle identifiers such as VIN and plate; transaction and fee details; payment records; document images and uploaded files; recorded renewal dates; and workflow and audit information. Uploaded source documents may contain personal information. Offices should minimize uploads and redact information unnecessary for the service. Do not submit Social Security numbers, full payment-card numbers, passwords, or sensitive customer documents through the public demo form.

Technical information: our hosting and security providers may receive IP address, browser and device information, request times, referring pages, and diagnostic logs. The demo form stores a hashed IP-derived fingerprint and timing information to limit abuse. Our site also records aggregate counts of selected interactions, such as a demo request or product-section visit; those event-count records do not contain your form content or customer files.

3. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule demonstrations, provision and support subscriptions, communicate about accounts, administer billing, organize customer-directed office workflows, diagnose issues, prevent misuse, protect the service, and maintain appropriate business records. We also use aggregated information to understand website interest and improve the experience.

Office records are handled for the subscribed services and customer-directed support, not to market unrelated services to the office’s customers. If an enabled feature uses automated extraction or AI-assisted analysis, relevant submitted content may be processed by service providers to perform that feature. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and require staff review. Contact us before uploading material subject to special confidentiality or processing restrictions.

Optional marketing messages, if offered, require their own lawful basis and any required consent. Demo-contact permission is not enrollment in an unrelated marketing campaign.

4. When information is disclosed

Information may be disclosed to providers performing hosting, storage, security, business communications, customer support, billing, payment processing, and enabled document-analysis services for us. Access and use must be limited to the functions they perform and applicable contractual and legal requirements. Authorized users within your office may see information according to the access granted by the office.

Payment details entered in a third-party checkout are handled by the checkout and payment provider under its terms and privacy notice. We receive information needed to administer the subscription, such as payment status and transaction references. Do not email payment credentials to us. Using a checkout service does not imply that the provider endorses EVRDeck.

We may disclose information at your direction, to professional advisers under confidentiality obligations, to comply with law or valid legal process, or where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud or protect rights and safety. Information may be transferred in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable protections and notice requirements. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Cookies, analytics, and tracking choices

This public website does not include advertising pixels or third-party advertising trackers. Our own aggregate event-count endpoint records selected site interactions. Hosting, authentication, or payment services may use necessary cookies or similar technologies for security, sessions, and checkout; third-party destinations have their own policies.

You may manage cookies through your browser. Blocking necessary cookies can affect sign-in or payment functionality. This site does not change its collection of necessary technical information in response to browser Do Not Track signals. Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, a Global Privacy Control opt-out signal does not change a sale or advertising-sharing practice on this site. If we introduce nonessential tracking, we will update these disclosures and provide any legally required choices before doing so.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain information only as reasonably needed for its purpose, the customer relationship, security, dispute resolution, and legal and accounting obligations. Relevant factors include an active subscription, the type of record, customer instructions, applicable retention requirements, unresolved disputes, and backup cycles. This policy does not promise permanent storage or a fixed regulatory archive period.

Offices must establish their own legally required retention schedules and keep appropriate independent copies. Before cancellation, contact us to arrange retrieval of available office data; the cancellation policy explains the request window. Deletion may be limited by legal holds, accounting requirements, security needs, and residual backups. Backup copies are removed or overwritten through the applicable backup lifecycle rather than immediately in every system.

7. Security and processing locations

We use safeguards appropriate to the information and services, including access restrictions and abuse controls. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. This policy does not claim a security certification, independent audit, or guaranteed protection. Notify admin@evrdeck.com if you suspect unauthorized access, and do not include passwords in your report.

Information may be handled by service providers or authorized personnel in the United States and other countries, where laws may differ. Applicable customer agreements and legal requirements govern restrictions on access and transfers. Contact us before submitting information that must remain in a particular location.

8. Your choices and privacy requests

Email admin@evrdeck.com or call 323-421-7199 to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided, or to ask about how it is handled. Include enough information to identify the relevant office or interaction, but do not send sensitive identification unless we request it through an appropriate channel. We may reasonably verify identity and authority before releasing or changing records.

Depending on your location and the law applicable to EVRDeck, you may have rights to know or access information, obtain a copy, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, opt out of certain disclosures, limit certain sensitive-information uses, or use an authorized agent. California statutory rights apply when their legal conditions are met; this policy does not assert that EVRDeck meets every CCPA applicability threshold. We respond within applicable legal deadlines and explain any lawful denial or exception. We do not retaliate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

For an authorized agent, we may request signed authority and appropriate identity verification. For office-controlled records, we may refer your request to the office and assist under its instructions. Account security, legal obligations, and retention requirements can limit a request. You may stop optional messages without canceling necessary account or billing notices.

9. Calls, email, and text messages

Providing contact details in a demo request permits us to respond about that request. The optional, unchecked text-consent box is limited to demo scheduling. Text consent is not required to purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or contact admin@evrdeck.com. Opting out of texts does not by itself cancel a subscription.

Customer-renewal messages require a separate office-managed consent process; a demo request does not authorize them. If a business call is recorded, recording notice and any required consent must be provided before recording. Our public website does not itself record calls.

10. Children, third-party sites, and policy changes

EVRDeck is a business service intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children through the public website. Contact us if a child has provided information so we can address it.

Links to other services are subject to their own practices. We update this policy by posting a revised version with an updated date. Where required, material changes will receive additional notice or consent before taking effect. Contact details above remain the channel for privacy questions and complaints.
