EVRDeck supports office workflows around quote and invoice preparation, financial reconciliation, document review, record organization, and renewal follow-up. Confirm the features available to your office during the demo and in your accepted order.

Billing and cancellation

The first paid period begins on the activation date identified in the accepted order or checkout. Your confirmation identifies the recurring total and next billing date. Cancel by emailing admin@evrdeck.com or calling 323-421-7199 before the next renewal. Access normally continues to the end of the already-paid period.

Refunds

Started monthly periods are generally nonrefundable and not prorated. Exceptions cover verified billing errors or duplicate charges, charges after timely cancellation, failed activation, and legally required refunds. If we permanently discontinue paid service without your breach, we refund the unused prepaid portion.

Separate from government and provider fees

The $200 subscription is for EVRDeck software. It does not pay DMV fees, purchase government documents, cover your authorized provider’s fees, or include licensing services. EVRDeck is not a government agency or DMV transaction-processing provider.
